Worse Locksmith experience, I had a key cut very expensive with a lock that work and as the outcome keys not working lock end up broken in the process uniquely unsatisfying outcomes as a result what’s the point of complaining, all you received is technical arguments in the process back and forth waste of my time kinda sucks to be a customer expecting high quality professional standard rather horrible quality of service.

Went in for a simple spare key cut for my car. I'd sourced my own keyshell online, which clearly annoyed them since they couldn't charge me $250 for a new remote key. I had my original key internals intact and just needed the new shell cut so I could swap them over. Simple job. They agreed to do it. Got the key back and the battery compartment had been deliberately glued shut. You need to open that lower shell to swap the internals, which is the whole point. This wasn't a mistake, it was intentional sabotage to force me back in for the overpriced remote they wanted to sell from the start. A locksmith that deliberately ruins your property to extract more money is not one you want anywhere near your home or car keys. Avoid.
