Our garage door fell off the rails on a 40 degree Saturday afternoon. We contacted James and he was at our place within 30 minutes. Not only easy to deal with and a friendly guy, but he had the door back on AND working within 90 minutes. He also gave us lots of advice and tips as he is very knowledgeable.
