Cancelled a major install with less than 24 hours notice. Stated their quote was done by a staff member who “fudged the numbers and has dyslexia” didn’t offer any solutions and unfortunately left us high and dry. Avoid JB - extremely unorganised and disappointing company to deal with.

We moved last weekend and what is always a bit of stressful time was made that much easier with JB Removals. They were punctual, competant and attentive. They looked after our belongings with great care and once at the new house even asked if we wanted them to move anything (in case we had thought differently about what room we had things in).
