Marko is a lovely and polite young man. He installed the cameras professionally and did not leave until we fully tested everything to make sure it was working properly. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed I wouldn't even give 1 star if there was an option. I had a terrible experience with the contractor and the management with whom I tried to resolve a safety concern. Extremely unhelpful. They only want the money, a sudden shift in attitude before and after you have paid them. no customer care or concern at all. Never going back to them. They have disappointed me so much with their service that I will never go with any service that Jim provides.

Had cameras installed and had problems, 3 times. They replaced them with a new system and told me to play with to work out how to use it. No manual on both systems, then they wanted to charge me $120 to come out to show me. Rang office a number of times and nothing but and email with 200+ pages of manual. Said Jim himself would call me, that was a week and a half ago. Still going nowhere. Have now gone fair trading, they deny that replaced it with a cheaper system, that didn't last 12 months so I have nothing going now, avoid the installer and the Maitland nsw area, Glenn.
