Don’t bother trying to get a kitchen done by these guys as we have been trying since November 2025 to move forward with our renovation and all Dawn has done each time after I had to contact her to see what is going on, is come up with excuse after excuse. Bad service Dawn and a very unsatisfied potential customer that you have lost. I hope that you can learn from this and treat others better in the future.

Review Joyce Kitchens. For a number of reasons we are very pleased that we decided to choose Joyce Kitchens for the major renovations to our kitchen and bathrooms. We did have some idea of what we wanted but found that Dawn’s expertise was pivotal in making sure we had the best design that not only looked stunning but was very practical as well. She was very clever in guiding us and offering her concepts and ideas without being pushy or overbearing. We certainly did appreciate her professional manner and laugher as well. With such a big renovation, a number of “tradies” came through our door. We live in an apartment block, so it was at times difficult gaining access, lifts, noise reduction and so on. At all times every tradie was respectful, mindful of our circumstances, on time and impeccable in cleaning up afterwards. More importantly, they were experts in their field, knew their profession, well experienced and if they had an apprentice assisting there was appropriate supervision. Ever so impressed. Overseeing such a huge event we had the fortunate support of Paul Wilson. He was always available by phone, visited frequently and responded and offered excellent solutions if any little issue arose. While all trade’s people were terrific, special recognition should be given to Ben ( Cabinet installer), Blake (Electrical) , Brad (Plumbing) and Robbie (Demolition). Also, not forgetting the lovely Eliza who managed the accounts. We lived in the apartment while the work was being done and each trade was aware that our living circumstances were challenging at times, so they made allowances when required. So a big thank you to Dawn and her amazing team. We now have a dream kitchen and stunning bathrooms. So, it is with much pleasure we recommend Joyce Kitchens.

Deciding to design and install a new kitchen can often seem overwhelming - where do you begin when there are so many options to choose from and won't it take forever? Not so with Joyce kitchens. With a visit to their Osborne Park showroom and meeting with Simon Cox meant all our ideas were put together, colours and materials were considered including the style of cabinetry to compliment the federation home we live in. Paul, the site manager ensured the smooth running at each stage of the install and the whole thing was completed in the suggested time frame - we were delighted! If you are looking for a fuss free, reasonably priced project with excellent, dependable service, then you will not be disappointed with Joyce Kitchens.

We are thrilled with our new kitchen. It is everything we had hoped for. Simon's design ideas were terrific and very practical. Mark as our co-ordinator kept us in the loop all the time with the scheduling and was our conduit with the tradies and kept them on task. While with any reno there are challenging moments and delays, we were impressed with the Joyce team's customer interactions. The three months of disruption to our lives for the result we got was worth it .... very happy.
