Kellyville Kitchens & Bathrooms

We had our laundry renovated by Kellyville Kitchens in January and originally planned to use them again for our (then) upcoming bathroom and kitchen renovations. Unfortunately, after installation I realised the hanging rail I had requested had been installed far too low. Only a size 6 children’s shirt could hang without touching the benchtop, making the rail essentially unusable. When I raised the issue, I didn’t receive an apology for the oversight and was instead met with excuses. I would also recommend allowing extra room in your budget like another reviewer mentioned. Our tiler requested an additional $950 on the day because our splash back tiles were 100 x 100….. I am now in the process of liaising with a new tradesperson to raise the cabinetry and re-tile to fix the problem…. A problem that the designer left me with due to his oversight. I (wrongfully) assumed Kellyville Kitchens was a complete service, it isn’t. Holes left in walls, skirtings not replaced, no painting…. We have since completed our bathroom and kitchen renovations with other local businesses and the experience has been completely different. The only saving grace is the laundry was the cheapest renovation we’ve done, I’m also thankful that they stuffed it up as my new kitchen is amazing and far better than Kellyville Kitchens would have done. **** response to owners reply **** The “solution” that was presented was cutting out and removing the whole lower shelf of the cabinetry. This wasn’t a suitable resolution. Removing over a metre in length from the cabinetry would leave me with reduced storage in a brand new laundry.

We don't usually give five-star reviews, but Kellyville Kitchens earned them. They renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms and came in on time and on budget. Jean, the designer, selected perfect appliances and fixtures for us. There are inevitably unanticipated issues that arise in renovating an older unit, and Ghadear was always practical and fair in resolving them. All in all, a great experience.

Everyone did a fabulous job from the design and planning, to the tradies (tiler, plumber, sparkie, fitter) to the project management. Everyone was always available, always helpful. Based on their performance I engaged KK to do the bathroom and toilet and again received the same treatment. Hi Ghadear I don’t have the right words to express my happiness and satisfaction with the laundry change we went through. From the first moment when I shared my thoughts with you, followed by my visit to your showroom (which was fully equipped with different ideas and samples) and how you went with me step by step explaining and choosing everything. I remember that day I left your showroom wishing I have a new house or place to renovate every month so you will be involved in it. Also when we came to finalise the deal with the check measure and every single person involved in this project was prompt, accurate and thorough with all details. Jash Marble also did an amazing job. I wish to thank the guys who did the installation as there was one heavy long piece they had to bring using the stairs and how careful they handled this. Renovation is not easy when you are living in the unit which means “limited space”. The new laundry totally changed the look of the place and added space to the area.
