MASSIVE shout to Kerbside mechanics! Specifically AARON, who in short has gone above and beyond to sort out my broken 2023 ford ranger wildtrak. Aaron, who didn’t have time due to his busy schedule, made time to come over and have a quick look at the Ranger and made a quick no bullshit assessment giving myself and my missus clear information as to what the problem truly was. Aaron then advised he would book us in 5-7 days later to come back and get this car on the road. He did more than that today, he replaced the cv joint in question and it was the thorough and smooth process I’ve ever seen. He was thorough and professional during the whole time, even showing me what to look for within cv joints and other potential problems that can occur. Aaron’s attention to detail is the reason we are now a customer moving forward with this company. Great company and more so honest and reliable. Had a great experience with Jace and the team. I had Aaron come out today to help me fix a suspension clunk and click that has been there for 8 years now (since i got my 2 inch lift done). We decided to change the wheel bearings given the clicking and clunking that was occurring and it was long overdue given all grease had evaporated some time ago. Aaron went out of his way to diagnose other issues such as a loose suspension bushing, as well as tightening bash plates that were causing noises when reversing. After a brief test before he departed, all noises appear to be gone completely. I appreciate the diligence and time that Aaron took today, and i would certainly use Kerbside again in the future with 100% certainty.
