Didnt get towed, but they showed a lot of care, and made sure i was all good without any propsect of payment. Top blokes, hiring these fellas next time i need to be towed.

I had to get my car towed today, I am not able to remember the name of the lovely man who helped me. however he was incredibly helpful and kind!! Very very helpful with incredible customer service even when I was utterly useless while giving out any details about the car. He did not talk down to me at all was so so amazing and got the job done quickly and without hallse!!! Highly recommend this company such respectful and incredible workers!!!

My insurer booked this company to transport my car for repairs, however I was told 3 times they would be there at a certain time and they didn’t show up, didn’t call and showed little concern for the inconvenience each time I would call to follow up. This went on over 2 days where I had made alternate transport and other arrangements unnecessarily and meant the repairs started and finished 2 days later than planned. When the driver (Duane) showed up, he was lovely so that is the only reason I haven’t given 1 star.

Kevin Waters & Sons have been absolutely amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. From the towing of the car after the incident to all communication through the assessment process and time in the holding yard they have been so helpful in every way and made a very stressful time so much easier. And then to my amazement they have waived the holding yard fee which is just incredible!! We are so grateful to them for this generosity - what a unique business they are to do this!! I was assisted by KWT after hitting an object on the road. Jamal arrived promptyly and both took my car to the yard and dropped me to the station. My car was written off and had been sent to Pickles but Yard Manager Aaron, Peter and driver Serge could not hsave been more helpful in retrieving my stuff out of the car (from the back of a far flung truck) and stored it for my pickup. I offered a reward which thery flatly refused to accept. Highly recommended as honest, helpful and considerate. Paul

Ali helped me today towing my car which was t boned by elderly driver. The door was jammed and it was impossible to open. Ali is highly experienced and he somehow managed to open the car. I am very thankful for him so I could get my belongings out of the car.

Nah would not advise anyone to use them customer service is rubbish not reliable 2 weeks I'm trying to get them to organise a service and they let me down at the end.

Wish I could give zero stars. This has been the shadiest and worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. For over a week, I was repeatedly told my car would be towed “tomorrow” — then this morning, this afternoon, later today, this evening — with nothing ever happening. I repeatedly asked for a confirmed towing time, as I work full-time and needed to arrange the handover of the car keys accordingly. Instead, I was met with excuses, vague responses, and broken promises. The communication was extremely poor and unprofessional. The staff were rude and dismissive. When I called earlier this evening, an elderly man answered the phone and began shouting at me with absolutely no respect. I was genuinely shocked. Unfortunately, the reception staff were no better — calls were placed on hold for long periods, only to be met with more excuses and false assurances. Given this behaviour, I would not recommend anyone trust their car with this business. After this experience, I genuinely do not feel comfortable handing my vehicle over to them. Honestly, I’m relieved my car was never towed. The last thing I want is to chase them again just to find out when — or if — my car would be returned. (If returned)
