We have recently added first storey to our house. We wanted to maintain our existing French provincial appearance and it was not an easy task. We had searched and spoken to a few companies but did not have much confidence in them. We were so happy to have found Keystone Building Services. “First impression lasts”. James was the first person we met. He came across as a sincere, trustworthy with heart warming personality. He made the initial assessment smooth and relayed all our anxieties. The other members including Daniel, Rebecca, Emma, Paul, Ivan… etc from the office at Penrith were very professional, knowledgeable with personal touch. They were prepared to listen, respond and give guidance making our building journey as smooth as possible. They were very transparent and made sure we understand our options, choices and decisions, Every member played different roles yet fit in so well like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is so ethical, responsible and accountable. They paid attention to detail and made sure our concerns were explained ASAP. We were told it is stressful dealing with builders. With Keystones building group, we may have had our differences, but they had gone extra mile to get things right and made us happy. We had no stress dealing with them. When the going got tough, Ralph the director would get involved. His gentle approach with vast experience in building made it so easy. Special mention about Aaron, the site supervisor. Aaron is a Champ! He is so experienced beyond his age, displaying a vast knowledge in building. His organizing and planning skill is spot on and first class. My wife, herself is a perfectionist. She could not hide her excitement and declared “Oh God! Aaron and Keystone are so good”. Last but not least, It is a sin not to mention the carpenters, bricklayers, cement renders, plumbers, gyprock workers, painters and others. They are simply the best in their fields. They are highly skilled. They made our dream come true. The results are the testament of their exceptional skills. We would like to thank Ralph, Steve, Aaron, Kane, Rebecca, Emma, Matt, Ivan, Daniel, Paul, Adam, Mark, Leo.. and others that we cannot remember the names. We enjoyed your company and will enjoy the house that you helped built for years to come. We have received many compliments from neighbours and passers-by. Thank you Keystone Building group for building our dreamt home. Well done.
