We recently used Kevin and the team for some landscaping work and couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process—from quoting through to completion—was fantastic. They regularly lawn mowed our grass area, created nice flower beds, planted small trees, and provided regular maintenance of the garden. We had a mixed experience with Kevin and KGS Landscaping. They came out once to do a mow of the lawns and leaf clearing and that was fine. But we found communication was frustrating because they were to busy to get back to us and on one occasion when Kevin was coming out to look at a lawn damage issue he didn’t respond at all or confirm whether he was coming or not. We did not hear anything about cancelling on the day before the appointment or the day of the appointment and eventually found out that Kevin did not turn up. We had to get another Landscaper in at short notice to come out very early on a Wednesday morning before other scheduled works were commencing at our property. Seems like a very nice guy, but just way to busy to get back to some clients when they have questions, concerns or just want to confirm an appointment. It’s fine if you can’t make an appointment but at least take the one minute to let someone know so they can make other arrangements.
