Horrendous experience. The key points in the design brief were completely missed. Poor communication and a serious lack of support throughout the process. The experience of the install was nothing short of horrific, we are a family of 5 who are getting left over Christmas with no working cooktop, unsecured ovens, no kitchen tap due to them failing to time manage appropriately, no support panel on the stone bench top, risking safety and damage. They’ve had 16 days to rectify the problems, but we got nothing and now it is apparently too late as they’re finishing for Christmas. Yes that’s Merry Christmas from Kitchen Craftsmen. To add the icing on the cake, I need to go to another cabinet maker to buy yet again another laundry bin, because there's are only suitable for a couple and not a family. How are these people able to charge thousands, ensure every cent is gathered upfront and treat people like this? My advice avoid Joondalup and a very specific male designer, it’s not worth it.
