From start to finish, their professionalism was outstanding, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care they took throughout the entire process. They made us feel completely at ease from the moment they arrived. Even after a long 12-hour day, they remained upbeat, smiling, and committed to getting the job done—pushing through even when we had a downpour of rain for half an hour. Their positive attitude never wavered. Every member of the team was respectful, accommodating, and genuinely eager to help. I was amazed at their strength and efficiency—they moved our two extremely heavy granite dining tables (each 2m x 1m) with what seemed like ease. All our furniture was carefully shrink-wrapped and protected with blankets, and anything that needed dismantling was reassembled perfectly. They also took the time to place every item exactly where we wanted it, patiently allowing us to decide on the final positioning of heavier pieces. I truly couldn’t fault their service in any way and have already been recommending them to everyone I know. Rami and Max were so helpful with our office move. After driving out only for us to find ourselves in a difficult limited parking situation in the CBD, they were still resilient and helpful in figuring out how to make their move happen. Sara, on the phone, was efficient and effective from the moment I spoke with her, through complex discussions of inventory and limitations of the area. She was an absolutely stellar person to speak to, and a fantastic organizer. Returning again to the CBD a day later, ready to do the move between 8pm and 12am(!!!) because this was the only time street parking was allowed, rami and max were still friendly and cracking jokes and lifting incredibly heavy loads. After moving a couple of things myself I realised how much care these men put into their work. They are strategic about how they move and honest about what can and cannot be done. Again, I’m just so grateful to the whole team for navigating a very difficult move.
