My car had a serious safety issue (loss of power steering and multiple warning lights while driving) The mechanic first diagnosed the car at my house and then told me to bring it to his workshop and after approximately 2 days, I was told the mechanic couldn’t do the job and needs a specialist and was asked to pick the car without it being fixed and still unsafe to drive and with no clear communication at all. The issue happened again while I was driving to another mechanic and I had to call roadside assistance. Extremely irresponsible, very disappointing and unsafe experience I would definitely not recommend this mechanic to anyone.
