The entire team at Leisure Pools Sydney did a fantastic job bringing our new pool build vision to life. From the initial consultation to handover, their team was a pleasure to work with. Their workmanship and quality is outstanding. Each and every trade who came to site treated our home like it was their own, and left our place neat and tidy after each day’s visit. A special mention for Vanessa who guided us through our design and approval challenges. She was truly instrumental in helping us realise our pool build vision. The team at Leisure Pools Penrith are truly a professional team. Our first pool and right from the very first step we were guided through the process and kept fully informed.In particular a big thank you to Lisa Armstrong in sales who explained the process of the pool build. Michelle Dawson who kept me fully informed during the build. Corey and Matt who guided us and answered any questions we were unsure of . The tradesmen were outstanding. So happy with the outcome and we are having so much fun during winter and summer .Our pool has a Naked fresh water filtration system and heat pump. Thank you so much and I’m spreading the word. I would not recommend Leisure pools Sydney to anyone. They cannot install a pool level. They will not take responsibility for there poor workmanship. They work to the lowest Australian standards, with the attitude of that will do fine mate. They tried to repair it and left us with a pool of unsightly 28mm of silicone from the top of pool to the underside of the coping tiles (as the photos attached shows the silicone) Also there is hollow sections under the shell where they did not fill under the shell. When you walk over the sections, you feel the shell buckle Once again my advice is to stay clear of Lesuire pools Sydney. And to all thinking about installing a lesuire pool send me a message and I will be more than happy to show you all the defects It's nothing to do with NCAT I'm just showing your poor workmanship. As the photos show And offering to people in to show all the poor workmanship

The after sales service is non-existent. They say all the right things to get you to sign up but once the pool is in the ground you don't hear from them again. We are waiting for them to fix several issues but as of now, phone calls and emails have gone unanswered.

We had a great experience from start to finish with LPS, all the trades and sales team throughout the build were excellent. Big thankyou to Brent, Matt and Luke. The excavation team n Top Gun cranes with the pool shell fitting in like a glove. Also Mick the concreters team and Tilers all offering n giving suggestions along the way at what would look best. Massive thanks to the Leisure Pools team! Our pool looks stunning. Every detail and cost was explained and put in writing and every variation detailed. There were no hidden costs. Special shout-out to Matt, Beau, and Amarli for fixing a chlorinator issue in record time (2 days!) right before Christmas. Professional, caring, and super fast service. We couldn't be happier!
