Avoid this locksmith at all costs. My strata specifically sent this locksmith, Justin, to inspect a loose lock. As soon as he realized the faulty lock was actually his own previous work, he completely refused to even inspect it and claiming it's someone else has the key and opened it. I had urgent security concerns, so I was left with no choice but to pay for the key replacement, even though he explicitly refused to provide a warranty for it. I agreed only because I needed my home to be secure immediately. The result? The problem still exists. Even after the replacement, the lock is still loose. The worst part was his behavior. He was incredibly disrespectful. When I spoke up for myself against his attitude, he denied being rude, but then intentionally broke my keychain as revenge before handing my keys back. This keychain was a gift from a friend. I have used it for two years and the quality was solid. It would not have broken unless forced. This behavior is aggressive and malicious.
