I first came to know Master Edgar through his Youtube channel “Edgar Lok Tin Yung Feng Shui Chinese Astrology” during the COVID-19. After watching his first few episodes of Fengshui for Beginners, I was attracted to his sincere feng shui teaching. This was because I found that Master Edgar’s feng shui teaching was different from other feng shui schools. His teaching was not about Ba Zhai (8 Mansion), Xuan Kong Fei Xing (Flying Stars), Xuan Kong Da Gua (Hexagram), San He (Three Harmonies) etc which were commonly found from feng shui books and Youtube channels. Master Edgar teaches authentic classical lineage fengshui passed down from the Great Grand Master Yang Yun Song. He is the 39th generation lineage holders of Yang Gong Feng Shui which is also known as Yang Gong San Yuan Yuan Gua (SYYG) Feng Shui. Unlike other schools of feng shui which are easily available and accessible through books and internet, SYYG is a very well protected authentic classical feng shui in which the SYYG principles are passed down to lineage disciples only. Since then, I wished I had opportunities to learn SYYG feng shui from Master Edgar somedays. My wish came true in 2023 when I started learning SYYG1 from Master Edgar and immediately I applied the SYYG principles to my apartment and office. I was happy with the outcomes. I have been seeing improvement in my turnover ever since I made some changes to my apartment and office using SYYG feng shui. Not only that, my children’s study has improved too. These changes didn’t cost me fortunes. I did not even have to buy and place any feng shui ornaments. When the SYYG Disciples intake was open for enrolment in 2025, I did not hesitate to enrol for the Discipleship to further learn and improve my fengshui knowledge and skills. Indeed, my decision to join the discipleship was right. More authentic classical SYYG2 and SYYG3 principles and solutions were unfolded. In March 2026, I had an opportunity to join a feng shui excursion in China organised by Master Edgar Lok Tin Yung and led by Grand Master Yu. The trip was truly an eye opener for me. I had the opportunities to study how the SYYG lineage feng shui masters did the feng shui configuration for the ancestor halls, clans, residences, office and warehouse in compliance with the SYYG principles which produced high ranking officials, fame and wealth for generations after generations. Upon examined the SYYG feng shui configuration, the SYYG lineage would be able to know “Who, When, Where and Why” did the incidents happened. For sure, without implementing the SYYG principles, the results of feng shui would not be as great and tremendous as there had been. The SYYG is the fundamental, original layer that many other feng shui schools are built upon. After the excursion, I have not only gained deeper insight into SYYG application, but felt that I have also gained several years, probably five years or more, of experiences in implementation of SYYG feng shui principles. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to my master, Sifu Edgar and Grand Sifu Yu for being so passionate and dedicated in explaining, guiding and teaching me during the entire trip and helping me grow as a disciple. Happy Time always flies so fast!! A week of Fengshui Trip in China (09-15 Mar 2026) led by Grand Master Yu and Master Edgar was very fantastic and eye-opening for me.
