⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently worked with Luke’s Renovations for my bathroom renovation in Annandale and had an incredibly positive experience. From the initial site visit and quote, Luke was professional, communicative, and helped me navigate the strata process very efficiently. There’s a lot of documentation involved, and he was lightning fast with all of it. I had plenty of questions about products and processes, and Luke always gave clear, helpful answers. He offered options he knew would work, while leaving the aesthetic direction up to me, which I really appreciated. Luke and Samy managed the project smoothly from day one, and we finished three days ahead of schedule (almost unheard of in renovation world), which made the whole process far less stressful. Every trade was really friendly, communicative, and did an impeccable job; from demo, plumbing, and electrical through to waterproofing, tiling, joinery install, shower screen, and final fit-off. I felt informed every day with updates, videos and photos. The team also handled creative problem-solving really well - for example, when I ordered the wrong size floor drain, they adjusted seamlessly and the end result is perfect. I always felt informed and looked after. The quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. Luke and his team were respectful of the space and kept things tidy throughout. I really appreciated Luke’s responsiveness, and sense of humour. I’ve just had my bathroom renovated by Luke’s Renovations and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Great communication the entire way, so I always knew what was happening and when. During the demolition we uncovered some issues with the subfloor and joists that had rotted from previous leaks, but these were fixed straight away without causing any delays to the project. They finished everything on time and the quality of the work is exceptional. You can really tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the final result. I can highly recommend Luke Renovations. I recently contracted Luke and his team to renovate my bathroom and toilet and am completely satisfied with the completed job. From my initial enquiry and quote request, through to job completion, Luke and team always met all timelines provided, schedules and appointments. Work started on the scheduled day (almost to the minute!) and was also completed on time. Both of these were well within the time I thought would be reasonable any my expectations. All work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. I am particularly pleased with the quality of the tiling - stunning! Every time I get in the shower, I think “Wow, I love this - such a beautiful job” If you are new to renovating like me, the whole process can be very stressful. Working with Luke and his team resolved many of my anxieties; starting on time, things happening when they said they would happen, getting regular updates and details of the processes and finally, the excellent quality of workmanship.

We were really happy with the work Luke and his team did on our bathrooms (they did a full bathroom and a powder room), it’s turned out exactly how we wanted. Luke answered all our questions and was super responsive in the lead up to the works, and gave great advice on different elements of the layout and what items we needed to get. Also managed to work with a pretty tricky/ narrow inner west terrace layout to get a bathtub into the house (over the balcony when it wouldn’t fit up the stairs!) and installed. He got the work done in the time he said it would take and kept us updated every day on progress with photos and videos. Would definitely recommend Luke and team!

I was a first time renovator and I did have a lot of questions. My advice would be to trust the process - Luke provides a quote and a list of items you need to buy and have ready onsite on the agreed start date. The team were professional, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues that came up along the way. Communication was generally prompt and helpful, and the tradespeople who came through worked efficiently without compromising on quality. We also wanted to share a few suggestions that might help improve the experience for future first-time renovators. At times, some communication—such as light-hearted messages during anxious moments, unclear cost details, and confusion around rubbish removal and door security—added a bit of unnecessary stress. A little more clarity and consistency in these areas would make the process feel even smoother. Overall, the quality of the renovation speaks for itself, and we’re very pleased with the outcome.
