I would not recommend this company for commercial purposes. Their pricing is significantly higher than expected, and they do not offer any warranty or stand behind their workmanship. We engaged their services for one of our shops, however the issue worsened after their visit, and we were ultimately required to hire another locksmith to rectify the problem.

Last month my laundry door lock got stuck and I couldn’t get access to the laundry (except through the window!). The reason it was stuck was because my German Shepherd jumps up and opens the door handle (she likes the lie on the cool tiles) Anyway I called Macquarie locks and they sent out Xavier to service the lock. Unfortunately the lock comes from the 1970s when the house was built. They don’t make them anymore. Also the size of the mechanism is quite large and a normal lock wouldn’t fit. Xavier was able to fix the spring mechanism and get it working again. I am thoroughly recommend Macquarie Locksmiths for their excellent service and very pleasant manner.
