The cleaners were professional and good but turned out I got charged more. I was also pushed to book an hourly service while the online package had a fixed cost. I understand the business needs to make money but being unfair to maids and customers is not the way to do it. Will go direct next time.

I have been experiencing stress at work and have had little time to focus on things like maintaining my home. I really appreciated how quickly Maid2Go responded to my enquiry. On Sunday afternoon and arranged for a cleaner, Jenny, to come and clean my home on the Tuesday. Jenny did a really good job and took my direction well. My home is now sparkling clean and I feel like I have regained control helping to diffuse my stress. I will certainly be reaching back out again the next time I need support with my home maintenance.

IMPRESSIVE!!!! I can’t put I to words how thrilled I was with our clean. I have a very busy calendar and have not had much time to take care of the house. These two came in and in four hours my house was gorgeous.Best part is even if it gets dirty, I know they’re coming back soon and everything will be bright and shiny again. Thanks ladies👍

Do not trust the "100% Happiness Guarantee" — it is false advertising. I hired this company expecting a professional service. The cleaner left one area in a worse state than before and failed to complete several aspects of the service I paid for. I raised this with photographic evidence and was offered — a 10% discount on a future booking. Not a refund. Not a re-clean. A discount to use again with the same company that just let me down. That response tells you everything you need to know. Their "Happiness Guarantee" exists to win your booking, not to protect you if something goes wrong. Don't be fooled by it. Update: Immediately after posting this review, Maid2Go contacted me looking to ‘rectify’ the situation in order to get my review removed/updated. In the end they decided to give me a full refund which was more than I expected, but still frustrating that it’s necessary to leave a negative review to get any action.
