We paid Ismail $2k to change our engine, he changed the new engine in one day with his brother Yousif he seemed like he was rushing everything, we paid him the money and he assaulted my brother in law on site at his address. And left the car unfinished with engine light on and no acceleration. After Ismail put the engine in, he did not take the car for a test drive and told the customer to take the car for a test drive, the customer calls Ismail back informing him that the car still has issues it’s not fixed, Ismail then came past in two weeks to look at the car and continue with his unfinished work, upon arrival Ismail told the customer its fuel pump issue, so we changed the fuel pump but all the other codes are still there. Ismail seemed frustrated that the car still had engine light on and error codes, Ismail was demanding call out fee, when the customer told Ismail you still haven’t finished the job, Ismail got frustrated raised his voice said my job is done (which the neighbours heard) and my brother in law told Ismail stop raising your voice Ismail then pushed bro in law with two hands hit the customer in the chest and customer fell backwards three two four steps and fell down customer then went up to Ismail and said you just assaulted me, are you serious, Ismail started raising his voice and was ready to fight in an attempt to intimidate the customer. Brother in law kept saying you to Ismail you just assaulted me, Ismail said are you recording me then Ismail said no I didn’t hit you. Do Not use these guys, def two face and very unprofessional and dodgy.
