Some time ago when these guys were actually located in Mascott they were good. The office staff and maybe owners were professional and friendly. Currently dealing with office staff is rude and hostile. Stock is minimal. The yard staff though are super friendly though. Moving to Penrith imminent where they will still be called Mascott steel?? This will be my last disappointing dealing with the office.

Worst customer service. Call to find out where our order is. Get the run around from sales and then they hang up on you. No responses to follow up emails. Save your money and go somewhere else.
