Raffi and his team were fantastic to deal with. They were punctual, courteous and very careful with delicate furniture and flooring (unlike previous companies we have dealt with). If there was a negative review I would give it. Amber is extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful. She literally yelled during a telephone conversation, accusing of us breaking their boxes when it was already delivered in a poor condition. She had no respect or decency to be respectful and courteous. Amber, pick up your crap attitude and start to learn how to respect people.

Really smooth and minimal fuss! I hired these guys to move a bunch of furniture and appliances out of my apartment into storage (my first time using pro removalists), and they managed it all in about 2 hours. Raffi did great and the whole process from online booking to finishing up went by without any hiccups.

They packed up my small apartment with great care especially my 70s and vintage furniture, and had everything done in under two hours. At my new place, they placed everything exactly where I wanted it and even connected my washing machine, fridge, and other appliances, which was a huge help. I hate moving, it’s a tough slog. But this was the quickest and most practical I’ve ever been part of. There were challenges with skinny inner-west streets, lack of parking, hard to access first floors - but shout out to Raffi & the team, they were awesome. Problem solved on the go, kept calm & focused, and ended up quicker than expected. And set up my bed for me. Also a fan of the free plastic packing boxes delivered early, so I could ditch the scramble for boxes & packing tape. Cheers.

Used these guys for the third time now. Raffi was in my second booking and was faster than the people from my first booking but also still careful, they wrapped our soft white furniture so it stays clean + put mats on the kitchen appliance / washing machine to keep it safe which is awesome. When I saw that Raffi was also in my third booking I was like OMG SO LUCKY. In my third booking, we had an unfinished ikea shelf and forgot to pack away some screws, Raffi kept the screws safe in his truck and gave them fo us. Turns out you can actually request certain removalists, so I definitely recommend Raffi!

Raffi and Jije did an amazing job. The moved all furniture out of the apartment with care and precision. I had a few unusual items (a server rack and large tool chests) that they had no issues with. Everything was packed into the truck quickly and efficiently. AT the destination they made sure items were placed in the correct locations around the house. They were both friendly to chat with and also very professional. I would recommend them in an instant! Great work to help reduce the stress of moving.
