We had Gerard come back to do a second termite inspection after one year, and as usual he did a great job thoroughly checking our place and giving us peace of mind. We previously noticed some suspicious spots in one corner of the house and Gerard quicker confirmed its wood rot which provided relief. He’s inspection was thorough and we also appreciate how knowledgeable he is on general house maintenance. He also provided some suggestions on improving basement ventilation which we will be sure to look into. Will happily have him back every year and highly recommend!
