Absolutely disgusted with this company. Sent out to review damage for an insurance claim. The inspector explained the damage and how it occurred, he even went as far as pointing out additional damage I had not seen. He then lodged a report with the insurance company stating the damage was not caused by a storm. On viewing his report he had incorrectly completed it. He had not inspected the roof space, nor a number of items we were claiming. He listed items on the claim that we had not asked to claim or indicated they were related. His reasoning for multiple items being denied was incorrect installation, this implies he believes 4 different tradesmen all had poor workmanship. I was horrified that this individual would question my integrity as no other conclusion can be made other than he was implying I was trying to make a bogus claim. I am not the first to have this issue with this company and given his assessment would question the ability of this company to complete repairs on any property. On review by the insurance company and demonstrating evidence of my claim, that should be common knowledge to a builder, my claim was approved independently by the insurer. I do hope anyone else who had a similar issue with this company, challenges their report .

I had damage to my ceiling due to a storm. MidCity where wonderful and professional. They kept me in the loop as to what was happening throughout. Their tradesmen were professional, friendly and did a wonderful job. Cannot see where my ceiling was damaged and went above and beyond Then to get a call from MidCity office to ensure I was happy with everything made me feel that both the job and myself mattered. From the electricians to the painters, everyone did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves each day, and scheduling appointments was easy — they were very accommodating to our availability. We’re very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Mid City coordinated the replacement of our timber flooring - damaged by a hot water leak - which among other things required the complete removal and reinstatement of our kitchen. Communication with them was excellent and they met their deadlines. They resolved minor issues promptly and the final outcome was excellent.
