I had a great experience with Mister Minit QVB during a recent trip to Sydney from Canberra. They did an excellent job repairing my heels and were kind enough to complete the repair quickly so I had shoes to wear that same night. I really appreciated the efficient, friendly service and the quality of the repair. Highly recommended!

Came here to get my new bag zipper fixed (PAID $35) and my bag came back scratched. Staff was denial and blame me because "its not even leather" said it couldnt have been them even though the whole place has sharp edges (its a key cut place). Not even apology, they just give me a mean stare. Would never come back. Outrageous price but appalling service.

I was referred here from another Mister Minit in Town Hall because I was told the QVB location has very experienced staff. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect that at all. I simply asked for a small slit to be added to my belt holes—nothing unreasonable. Instead of a straightforward response, I was met with a rude comment: “You ask me to do something difficult, I make this difficult.” The attitude was completely unnecessary. If a request can’t be done, that’s perfectly fine—just say so. There’s no need to be dismissive or unpleasant. While I understand this may have been considered a complimentary service, basic customer respect shouldn’t depend on whether you’re paying or not. Based on this interaction alone, I wouldn’t feel confident returning as a paying customer.
