Had our car booked in for a 12pm windscreen replacement under warranty only to find the entrance to the place completely blocked off by a huge Ute and trailer. There was also no parking spaces available to even park to go inside. There were at least six individuals just standing around chatting that could CLEARLY see us waiting for one of them to move the Ute so we could at least attempt to find some parking somewhere else but they just completely ignored us. To top it off someone dropped off what appeared to be lunch and they all disappeared back inside to have a feed. We know this because five minutes later someone walked out of the garage eating their lunch. They even looked in our direction probably to see if we were still there then went back inside never to be seen again. In the end I just gave up and i had to REVERSE out of the place. One hour and 10 minutes later after I lodged a complaint I received a call from the receptionist. After i explained what had happened she tried to blame me for it not coming inside and giving her the key. Yeah that would have been all well and good but there was nowhere to park .I wasn't just going to leave my car and block anymore of the place off as there's other businesses in the complex. Eventually I just hung up on her as i was annoyed and just didn't want to deal with them anymore. If anyone out there is thinking about having any work done by this "business"I'd STRONGLY suggest you don't book in around lunch time !

Worst service Do not ever think to book these idiots for any kind of service I booked them for chip-mark repair for my car windscreen and after wasting 30 minutes on chip-mark it was still same as visible as before and they charges $220 without fixing anything Such a bad service Zero stars for their service
