Absolute disgrace of a product. Marketed as precious jade, but it’s nothing more than weak, transparent rocks that look completely fake. The quality is terrible — mine arrived already broken in the box. What’s even worse is the customer service. I returned the item, they confirmed they received it, yet I’m still waiting for my refund. Trying to get an update has been a constant back-and-forth, with little to no communication from them. Extremely disappointing experience from both the product and the company.
