After dealing with MCA we consulted independent, qualified scientists who strongly advised against the practices used here. MCA assured us that a so-called “treatment” would restore our belongings. In reality, their technicians demonstrated a lack of basic knowledge about mould and were unable to answer straightforward questions. They applied chemicals throughout our home that did nothing to address the underlying source of the problem. Most concerning, after this company declared our home safe, it was later deemed unsafe by reputable scientific authorities and testing. I would strongly caution others not to be misled by what is being offered here. Instead, consider engaging companies that employ qualified scientists, provide independent assessments, and refer you to separate specialists for any remediation work. This helps avoid potential conflicts of interest and ensures a more objective outcome.
