Mr Sparky provides a great service. They're my go to electricians. Last year my husband died after a long illness. Expecting a crowd at the wake I saw the entry way house light was broken. The day before the funeral, Mr Sparky fixed it for me no charge. To note I pay for all work and the rates are reasonable and the job is always well done but that kind gift at that terrible time was greatly appreciated. Service above and beyond in my book. Highly recommend.

I had a problem that was a real problem for an elderly couple who had no knowledge of how house alarms worked. We were worried that the alarm might go off and we would not be able to turn it off. We contacted Mr Sparky and a few just a few hours later Mr Sparky fixed the problem. I should add the alarm was an old out of date of alarm. This meant the technician had to call a colleague and discuss certain difficulties that I am sure today are not usual.
