had booked for a plumber to fix a problem with my bathroom shower, a odour that I dont know how to get rid of and covers the entire bathroom of its smell. when the plumber came he didnt care to investigate or analyse why the odour is there and how it came about , his solution was to just leave the shower water running for 20 minutes and the smell would somehow walk away. he left after he said to do that exactly, did not provide any assistance or even care into looking at the problem properly, after he leaves im left with the same odour that I had booked this service to get rid of. if it was that simple I would of not wasted my time nor this service.
