I dont usually give reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved! From start to finish, the whole project was seamless! Mark was simply brilliant. He didn't just sell a pool, he genuinely planned the whole project with us. His advice drawn from years of experience, and area knowledge made a huge difference, especially given our backyard space was small. He thoughtfully deviced a way to bring in all the equipments in without any issues. Mark's team was another plus. Just awesome people to deal with, very accommodating and no request was too hard for them. Everything ran so smoothly, and what blew me away is how quickly the job got done. The pool was done within 4 weeks which far exceeded our expectations! Even after handover the support didn't stop. Mark and his team have been readily available. And lastly the final results far exceeded our expectations! We absolutely love our Bliss 5, Grey Quartz pool. And very privileged to be the first client to have the new Bliss series pool built for!!
