I booked New Edge Tiling to come out on a Monday, and he arrived right on time. He took the time to explain every aspect of what needs to be done and carefully looked over a couple of issues that need to be rectified. He really knows what he’s talking about and gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Very easy to speak to, listens well, and answers all questions clearly. Great communication and very professional. Highly recommend!
