My private power pole was slowly falling over and it was urgent that I get it replaced. After one phone call Brian was on site the next morning to assess the situation. Replacing the pole was an unusually tricky task because my NBN line ran very close to the base of the pole. Brian rang me to ask if he and his team could come the very next day - which happened to be Sunday- to do the job. He and his team arrived the next day at the appointed time and did an excellent job, taking care not to damage the fragile NBN fibre cable. They were efficient, very capable and very pleasant people to deal with. I cannot too highly commend them.
