Spoke with Neetu twice to organise the disposal of my stolen vehicle that was recovered burnt out. She "lost" the initial email where i requested it to be destroyed and disposed of and is now requesting an email with my drivers license to authorise this. I told her I am uncomfortable sending my drivers license by email due to security concerns and risk of identity theft (remember the optus hack?) and she responded with "what are you afraid you will get in trouble"? Extremely unprofessional. It is surreal to know they have a city wide contract for towing with NSW police.
