Obrien parramatta is our neighbor,we are in unit 16 and Obrien in Unit 5. Because battery rebate decrease from 1st of May. Our business grown beyond our expect. Our installer and delivery trucks and Vans took some public area.sometimes even affect Obrien business. We feeling very sorry for this matter. The other Review from hun Alex we believe is our wholesale installer Client. Its nothing to do with Obrien business, I think its off topic.

Very disappointing experience with O’Brien Autoglass. The individual involved was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect. I noticed him taking photos of me without my permission, which is unacceptable. When I asked why he was doing that, he responded in a rude and aggressive manner, even using offensive and inappropriate language. Because of his behaviour, I felt uncomfortable and had to take a photo of him as a record. This kind of conduct is completely unprofessional and does not reflect well on a company like O’Brien Autoglass. People should feel safe and respected, not disrespected or intimidated. The company should seriously review the behaviour and training of their staff.

We came down for a windscreen change for Honda Civic this afternoon. Riley, a young staff member welcomed us and helped with the details. He was very welcoming, energetic and smiling throughout our conversation. He was great at communicating with us and double checked things for us quickly with his supervisor when asked. Great service ! They have a coffee machine, chocolates & snacks upstairs with tables and chairs for you if you would like to wait. Highly recommend !

Brought in my car because my rear view mirror had come off from the heat and the boys got it done in less than 15 minutes!! The two workers who helped Riley and Chris were super nice, efficient and absolute legends !!! Great service will definitely be back in the future

I could give them 0 stars if I could. They totally messed up my appointment. The management is terrible. They put me on hold and hung up on me. They changed the date last moment without informing me and when I called they had no idea what they are doing.
