Shelly was wonderful to deal with when booking everything in, and Mike the installer did a perfect job and took great care of my car. Really appreciate the effort from the whole team. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a simple chip repair, however their technician managed to crack the entire windscreen during the process. What is even more concerning is the way the situation has been handled since, instead of taking responsibility and offering a genuine replacement, they have attempted to push an aftermarket solution. This is not only unprofessional but raises serious concerns around ethics and accountability. I would not trust this branch with any vehicle repairs and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I would like to give 0 or minus star rating. Worst place do take your car. Please don’t trust them and ruin your car. If they don’t know how to fit the windshield for Subaru then they should inform the us. Taking the car and not fitting the correct windshield and not integrating the eye sight technology, cruise control and safety features is not acceptable. Because of them ewe are driving our car from November 2025 without all these. We had to go again after 3 weeks for integration of the technology and they said they can’t do it that time. Again after Christmas and new year we go the booking then they said we were late and they can’t do it. They took 2 months and 2 appointments to fix it and they didn’t fix it. Customer service was awful. That person needs to go do some course to learn how to speak to customer. Technicians need to well trained. If O’Brien can’t do it then they should shut down this place.
