This company does NOT operate in line with Australian consumer law, they do NOT honor their claims to return to fix issues within a reasonable deadline, they do not follow their claims on their web site to clean kitchen appliances such as oven & dishwasher during end of lease clean, they do not clean bathrooms, they do not clean a/c filters, they do not clean tops of kitchen cupboards & they do not clean hard floors. They do bill for 7hrs work despite only spend 3hrs on the job, they do vacuum carpet areas, they do clean walls a little, they do fabricate a lot of claims. They will be reported to ACCC for operating a business in Australia in breach of Australian consumer law & they will be taken to Fair trading as well as small claims court for costs as well. Tax invoice is 116293 dated 17th March 2026, you have been informed previously yet chose ignore the facts & mediate any meaningful solution. This WILL be escalated to a civil matter which WILL incur costs above invoice amount as well as ACCC & ATO should you not make any further attempts to communicate directly.

Had hiccups along the way, had to postponed the cleaning twice, but felt the sincerity of the staff. On the day of cleaning, not be able to attend but my landlord was happy and satisfied so will give an excellent rating. Will highly recommend and definitely will hire again if needed in the future.
