I have had the pleasure of having Dr Doreen and her team (including Ms Shadi) look after my smile over the past couple of years. Originally I came in for consultation to remedy my bite and crooked teeth. After the consultation, the use of aligner trays was recommended and I’ve been on the journey with the Ortho co team ever since. I’ve just finished up with the aligner trays and am very happy with the results! The quality of service provided along the way was amazing as the staff are very friendly, professional and well organised.

Hi! The staff at Ortho Co. have provided me with a professional level of care and I am very pleased with the results of my orthodontic treatment. They have maintained treatment schedules and been gentle when carrying out their work. Whilst the technical processes for each treatment are perfectly understood and well-coordinated within the clinic, even basic treatment details can seem like a black-box to the patient without clear, deliberate explanations. Making sure the patient is all caught up with this information would be especially important when long gaps between appointments are concerned. I say this because on occasion, post-appointment consultation feels rushed and I leave with questions about my treatment that I meant to have asked. I think setting aside some time (5 min?) at the end of active treatment and check-in appointments to 1) carefully go over next steps, 2) answer questions and 3) ensure all home-care items have been provided to the patient would go a long way to improving Ortho Co.’s service.
