Aman was referred by my friends. He responded straight away, came to the house for a proper face-to-face consultation, took measurements, and was very flexible with options and pricing. Installation day went smoothly – everything was installed as planned and working perfectly. Big thanks to Aman and his team who handled the logistics and to electrician Sandeep and his team for their excellent workmanship. More than one month in and the solar + battery system is performing flawlessly. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with Ozeal Energy. We had a 48kw battery system Fox Ess system installed and it took about 2 weeks from getting a quote to installation. We were also very pleased with the quote as I had called around to several other companies. Everything was installed within a day and Wilson, James and John were very professional and quickly responded to my queries via WhatsApp. I would recommend them.

I did have to chase Ozeal a couple of times for the installation schedule. That was understandable since most solar battery companies were flooded with orders in view of the change in federal subsidies starting 1st May. That said, when James’ team finally came to install the battery yesterday, I was really impressed by the quality of their work. The wiring was neatly done and the power interruption to the house during the installation was short and well informed to me in advance. James explained in detail how to interpret the Foxcloud App and how the inverter monitors the grid and solar generation to minimise grid import to save on electricity costs. His team cleaned up the place properly after the installation. They well deserve a 5-star review.

Had signed up early March and paid deposit and now am advised there is no slot. Really disappointed with the service provided as I had continuously contacted Gary to give a date when the installation will be and was given various excuses such as bad weather, someone will call you with a date and eventually after getting fed up I had tell them that this matter will be taken up with Fair Trading. Then Gary rings me to say there is no slot for me. This is with Ozeal Energy.
