!!!!EXTREMELY POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING EXPERIENCE- AVOID!!!! My first move after arriving in Australia was supposed to be smooth, so I chose Ozzy On The Move based on positive reviews and my professional initial interaction with Joydeep. Unfortunately, the actual experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Key issues: • Late arrival: Expected between 9–11 AM but arrived only at 12:45 PM with no prior notice. • Unprepared team: Removalists did not bring basic tools or packing materials. • Job unnecessarily stretched: What should have been a 3-hour job took almost 8 hours. • Careless handling: Entire crockery set broken, computer stand, chest of drawers, king cot, and shoe stand damaged. Several screws were also lost. • No protective packing: Refrigerator and washing machine were moved without proper protection. • Unprofessional behaviour: I was asked to help with the work and repeatedly asked to provide cold drinks. No apology was offered despite the damage. • Personal tools taken: Since they lacked tools, they used mine and left with them. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have not been returned. • No response on insurance: It has been over two weeks and I have still not received any response regarding damage cover or compensation. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional and careless service that caused significant damage and inconvenience. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves the outstanding issues.

Pymble move to Gordon. The 3 boys who attended were super fast, completing our move in just 5 hours. This is 2 hours faster than the team who moved us in originally. They took good care of all our items with no damage. The lads even had to take the stairs as the lift was out of order and they took this in their stride. Couldn’t be happier with the service and good nature of the team. Would recommend them for anyone moving home.
