After around 18 months the paint on my bathroom ceiling began to peel. Ezzy did come out to inspect the issue and provided a quote to have the ceiling repainted. While the cause of the peeling wasn’t fully clear and was advised it wasn’t due to workmanship, I appreciated that the matter was taken seriously and inspected in person. Ezzy ultimately followed through and stood by his word, taking extra care the second time around. It’s clear he takes pride in his workmanship and regularly checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy at each step. The repaint was completed thoroughly, the finished result looks perfect, and I’m really happy with how it has turned out.
