Sadly my cousins laminate floorboard and done by this business was rushed, if the job is too hard they’ll find ways to cut corner. They were told that it would be done perfectly , but they kept on wasting time and create in fear that the job can’t be done unless more money was paid up. I had a very complex job that needed to be completed in a short timeframe and within a tight budget. Susan stood out immediately with the best price and outstanding service. From the start, she made sure everything was clearly explained and set the right expectations. The finished result was nothing short of amazing. My house had multiple slopes and uneven sections, with constant creaks throughout — now there are zero creaks, and everything is perfectly level.
