Incredible first time experience with these folks. I sent a photo of my front door lock that was faulty and I was advised straight way which lock to order (special order). 24hrs after I told them I had the lock the appointment was booked. John was amazing, lovely guy and super helpful with info about warranties and keying all the locks to the same key. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use them in future. Thanks John.
