From the initial site visit through to final commissioning, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. We had a full Ajax security system and CCTV installed, and the install was handled with real care - neat cabling, tidy mounting, and no mess left behind. The technicians took the time to do the job properly rather than rushing through it. What really stood out was the walkthrough at the end. They didn't just hand over the system and leave - they sat down with us, connected everything to our phones, and walked through every feature of the Ajax app. Arming and disarming, sensor configuration, camera viewing, notifications, the relay for the garage door — all explained clearly and patiently until we were comfortable using it.
