We installed the product last weekend and the house is so much warmer already and were not into our really cold months yet. Fireplace is going to use a lot less timber this year...

Communication was great, delivery was prompt. The driver called ahead and advised he would be a my address in approximately 1 hour. We unloaded in the rain and unfortunately the driver slipped on the wet surface at the rear deck of the truck. He dusted himself off and I hope he’s doing okay. Great experience with this company ! You can tell a lot about a company by how they respond to mistakes. There was an error in my order... Phil went above and beyond to rectify. They are a great value company on price, and importantly don't sacrifice on care for their customers. I went with Polyfloor for underfloor insulation. Great product, easy to use, non-irritant. Tip - the long rolls tear very nicely across the roll. If you want to narrow a roll length ways, $20 dress making scissors did it perfectly for me.
