Good service, great doctor

Made an appointment for a Saturday morning. Was called the day before. The phone rang once. No message left, so I called back to see why they had called and had to leave a message to call me back. I did not receive a call back. So I attended my appointment early on the Saturday morning to be told by the receptionist that my appointment had been cancelled and they had "tried" to contact me. I explained their "attempt" to her. She then said they had called me on the morning of the appointment. A lie. I showed her my phone so she could see I had no calls received that morning. To top it all off the dental nurse I was meant to see was there on site just "busy with the dentist", even though I had made the appointment and he was there! Very poor communication and organisation. I don't know what the point of making appointments is if they are going to cancel them. Last time I was there another woman was at reception whose appointment they had cancelled too. The practice manager needs to address these problems immediately.

Extremely disappointed by the total lack of professionalism and basic punctuality. As a first-time patient, sitting in the waiting room for over 40 minutes with no dentist in sight—and no update from the staff—is unacceptable. I canceled my appointment on the spot. Save yourself the time and frustration; avoid this clinic.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when removing my wisdom tooth. Dr Hasan did an amazing job looking after me, ensuring no pain and constant reassurance. I was out of the chair in 5 minutes!

I can’t recommend Dr Jess at Primary Dental highly enough. My girls have had a lot of anxiety around dental visits, along with some added complexities, and Dr Jess has been absolutely amazing with them. She is incredibly calm, patient and understanding, and has taken the time to build genuine trust with both of my girls. She never rushes them and somehow manages to make what could be a really stressful experience feel safe and positive. The difference she has made to how my girls feel about going to the dentist is incredible. We are so grateful for the care, patience and kindness she has shown our family. Thank you, Dr Jess! ❤️

Jeffrey and his team always look after me very well, with care and kindness. There was a small miscommunications which they did not have some materials today, however, Jeffrey and the receptionist went above and beyond to get the materials straight away for me. Their work is always superb!

A Heartfelt Thank You to Dr Jaspreet “Jessie” Kaur and the Primary Dental Team There are some moments in life that you know you will never forget, and my experience at Primary Dental with Dr Jaspreet “Jessie” Kaur is one of those moments. I brought my son, Gabreal, to Primary Dental after he broke his front tooth. As a parent, seeing your child hurt is one of the most heartbreaking and frightening experiences. I arrived at the reception feeling completely overwhelmed and, honestly, I was falling apart. From the moment we walked through the door, the lovely young lady at reception showed us incredible kindness and compassion. She could see how distressed we were and immediately made us feel that we were not alone. Then came the moment I will never forget — Dr Jessie Kaur saw Gabreal and immediately rushed to help him. Her reaction showed genuine care and concern. She didn't make us feel like just another patient; she made us feel like Gabreal truly mattered. While they were caring for my son, they were also caring for me. They reassured me, comforted me and helped me find strength when I felt completely helpless. Their kindness meant more to me than I can put into words. Dr Jessie Kaur’s professionalism, compassion and genuine concern for my son touched my heart deeply. The reception staff were equally wonderful, welcoming us with warmth when we needed it most. I walked into Primary Dental scared and overwhelmed, but I walked out feeling grateful and reassured. I will always remember how they treated Gabreal and how they supported me during one of the most difficult moments I have experienced as a parent. Thank you, Dr Jessie Kaur, and thank you to the entire Primary Dental team. Your kindness was not just part of your job — it made a real difference to us, and I will never forget it.

Before the appointment, my daughter was very anxious and refused to have the filling done. However, Dr Kaur was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and the treatment was completely painless. After the appointment, my daughter was so happy that she said she wants to come back again! That is a true reflection of Dr Kaur's gentle approach and excellent care.
