I had a fantastic experience working with Prominent Kitchens and Bathrooms. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Abdul was an absolute pleasure to deal with, his communication was clear, his attention to detail was impressive, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and you can really see the quality in the finished result. Every detail was handled with care and precision, which made a huge difference. Extremely poor experience dealing with Abdul. I relied on Abdul’s promises that he would look after the job and deliver a quality custom result. Instead, my experience involved defects, poor workmanship, disputed extra charges, delays, pressure, and ongoing issues once the work was supposedly finished. The problems included defective finishes, poor fitment, and workmanship issues that should not happen when you are paying for a professional custom job. What was promised did not match what was delivered, and the way concerns were handled only made the situation worse. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be very careful before engaging Abdul for kitchen or renovation work.
