I contacted PT in regards to replacing remotes. It was recommended that I change the motor and replace the old remotes as it was more cost effective given the age of existing unit. A time for installation was booked. As well as the day. Installers arrived at the exact time arranged and completed the install in a very professional and courteous manner.
