Called Shane at about midday on a Saturday with what I guessed was a faulty alternator. He was able to get a part and get to my place in a matter of hours. Instead of just carrying out the repair and walking away with a nice paycheck, he took the time to do some further checks and found a loose terminal causing my issue. $600 saved, reliable guy, quick service. Don't second guess and call him!
