Our apartment complex has just invested in relining old clay pipes that had cracked and were becoming problematic. There was a level of hesitence from owners that werent affected because of the price, but after experiencing such professional and quality service from Ready Set Reline noone had any issues at all! The plumbing team were friendly, polite, thorough, and left my apartment spotless! A special shout out to Dianne who coordinated everything, she was a gun....even checking if there was an opportunity for them to get one of the jobs done earlier than scheduled. Amazing work!

The team (both the plumbers and reception staff) are very professional and punctual. They keep you informed and will call if there’s even a small delay in arrival, which I really appreciated. I had our mains tap replaced, a 20mm pressure reduction valve installed, and a couple of leaking taps replaced and fixed. The work was quoted clearly and completed as specified. Only a minor adjustment was needed, and the final result was excellent. The work was also carried out very cleanly, with no mess left behind. They’re friendly, reliable, and very easy to deal with. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Ready Set Plumb Replaced Our Vanity and Toilet. I Am the Sole Survivor. Our old bathroom was installed in 1987 by a man who received his plumbing license from a fever dream. The toilet ran constantly. Not water — it ran with the hum of every homeowner who ever whispered "I can fix this myself." The vanity had three drawers. None opened. This was a mercy. I called three plumbers before Ready Set Plumb. The first quoted $12,000. The second looked at the bathroom and pretended he got another call. The third opened the vanity cabinet, said "nah," and left. He did not close the front door. His truck left the neighborhood at 60 mph. Ready Set Plumb answered on the second ring. Scheduled Thursday. Arrived ON Thursday. AT THE TIME THEY SAID. I nearly collapsed. The technician surveyed the devastation with the calm of a man who has stared into the abyss beneath ten thousand toilets — and the abyss looked away first. Fair quote. I almost had a medical event. It was called relief. He lifted the old toilet. The wax ring. Oh god. THE WAX RING. What lay beneath was not a wax ring. What was behind it, human language cannot contain. A civilization of mold — black, green, one that was somehow plaid — had established itself with the confidence of a species that believed it would never be discovered.
